Quality policy

The goal of the quality policy applied in our agency is to ensure a constant, high quality of translations sent to our clients. That is why our agency implemented the ISO 17100: 2015 standard, and then successfully passed the certification audit.

Having a certificate of compliance with this standard demonstrates the use of quality standards developed specifically for translation agencies. This standard monitors the processes used in our agency to process orders – from accepting the order to sending it back to the client. It also certifies the translation service itself.

Having an ISO 17100: 2015 certificate recognized on the translation market increases our clients’ trust in our agency as a reliable supplier of translation services.
